Focus on Personal & Shared Knowledge
The new guide offers a focus on Personal and Shared Knowledge. It takes the focus from the "Knower" (old guide) and offers the concept that knowledge belongs to a single knower or a group of knowers. Thus, Personal and Shared Knowledge. We will work through various articles, situations, and concepts with the discussion of Personal and Shared Knowledge.

It is important to remember that the diagram itself is never static. The Shared circle will be "bigger", because that is the nature of what you don't know and what you can learn from others. Similarly, the Personal circle will be "smaller". However, the overlap of knowledge will change as with the size of the circle. The placement of circles will also change based on who you are and what your experiences might be.
